About Us: Robert K. Hurford Jr., MD
A Harvard-trained Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Hurford has been fellowship-trained in Spine Surgery and specializes in complete surgical spine care with a special interest in the Cervical Spine and Minimally-Invasive Surgery. Medical research is an interest that Dr. Hurford pursued at length throughout his years at Harvard Medical School, particularly in genetics. He received several awards for his research during that time, including one during his residency in Boston. Dr. Hurford's other interests include golf, downhill skiing, and scuba diving.
